An AI coach that actually re-plans.

Off-the-shelf training plans are written for an athlete who doesn't exist — one who never misses a session, never gets sick, never has a Tuesday meeting that runs long. The plan you bought in January is fiction by March.

supaTRI starts from the same place a coach does: your goal, your constraints, your last few weeks of training. Then it stays there. Every time you log an activity in Strava — or skip one — the plan updates around you. Not on a fixed weekly recompute. Right now.

What we believe

  • Adaptation beats adherence. A plan that bends to your life is worth more than one you keep failing.
  • You stay in charge. AI proposes, you approve. Every plan change is reviewable; nothing happens behind your back.
  • Cheap, but not free. Either bring your own AI key, or pay a flat monthly fee that's an order of magnitude less than a human coach. Both routes share the same product — there's no crippled "free" tier.
  • Privacy as a default. We don't sell your data, don't resell it, and don't train models on it. Read the policy; it's two pages.

How it works

  1. Tell supaTRI your goal, your timeline, and your week.
  2. Connect Strava (or skip it; you can add it later).
  3. Review the plan it drafts. Edit anything. Accept the parts you like.
  4. Train. Skip what you need to. supaTRI rewrites the rest of the block so the goal stays reachable.
