Delete your account

You can delete your supaTRI account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open supaTRI and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- In the Account card, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and you're signed out.
Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email hello@supatri.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and email address.
- Your profile — name, date of birth, sex, and body metrics (weight, height, heart rate, FTP).
- Your training goals, plans, and workouts.
- Activities imported from Strava, and your Strava connection.
- Your coach chat history.
- Any AI provider key you saved (bring-your-own-key).
- Your notification and app settings.
Data is removed from our active systems immediately. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — those are billed by Apple or Google, not by supaTRI. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account. Deletion does not issue a refund; refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.
