What sports does supaTRI plan for?

Running, cycling, swimming, strength, and mobility — together in one weekly view. Triathlon training is first-class; single-sport athletes get a clean view without clutter.

Do I need a Strava account?

No, but the plan adapts faster when you have one. Without Strava, you log workouts manually. You can connect Strava later from Settings; nothing about your account changes.

What's "BYOK"?

Bring Your Own Key. If you already have an OpenAI or Anthropic API key, you can paste it into supaTRI and pay for AI usage directly through your provider. Often cheaper than the managed plan if you're a light user.

How much does the managed plan cost?

Pricing isn't public yet — we're in early access. Sign up via the app and you'll see the current price before the trial ends. No upgrades happen without your explicit confirmation.

Does AI just write me a plan and disappear?

No. The AI is on-call. Every time you log activity or change something, it proposes an update to the rest of the week. You approve, edit, or reject each change.

Can it replace a human coach?

For some people, yes — especially recreational athletes targeting a specific event without a complex medical history. For elite or clinical cases (return from injury, eating disorder recovery, specific physiology issues), keep your human.

What about my data?

Activity data and chat history are scoped to your account. We don't sell it, don't resell it, and don't train models on it. You can delete your account from inside the app and the data goes with it. Details in the privacy policy.

Is supaTRI available outside the US?

Yes. The app is in English at launch; more languages are on the roadmap. Strava works globally. Managed-plan billing supports most countries Stripe operates in.
