1. The agreement
By creating an account or using supaTRI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What supaTRI is
supaTRI is an AI-assisted training planning tool. It is not a medical device, a licensed coach, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Training carries risk of injury; train at your own risk and consult a physician before starting a new program.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@supatri.com if you think someone else got access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use supaTRI to harm others, infringe rights, evade sanctions, or break the law. Don't try to scrape the service or jailbreak the AI to get content unrelated to endurance training.
5. AI output
Plans and chat replies are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, biased, or unsafe. You're responsible for using your own judgment. supaTRI is not liable for outcomes that result from following AI-generated advice.
6. Payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, supaTRI's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change applies.
