⚠️ Important health, safety & AI disclaimers
- Not medical advice. supaTRI is a fitness and training tool, not a doctor, a physiotherapist, or a medical device. Nothing it produces is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Talk to a professional first. Consult a physician before starting or significantly changing any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are returning from a long break.
- Train at your own risk. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You alone decide whether a workout or plan is right for you, and you accept that risk.
- AI can be wrong. Plans and coach replies are AI-generated and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe for your situation. Always apply your own judgment.
- Listen to your body. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptom.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Don't wait on the app.
1. The agreement
supaTRI ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated from Türkiye. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, and of the age of majority in your country (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to purchase a subscription. You confirm the information you provide is accurate.
3. What supaTRI is
supaTRI is an AI-assisted training planning tool that builds and adapts endurance and strength plans around your goals and activity history. It is not a medical device, a licensed coach, or a substitute for professional advice. See the health, safety & AI disclaimers above, which form part of these terms.
4. Your account
You sign in with your email using a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@supatri.com if you think someone else has gained access.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use supaTRI to harm others, infringe rights, evade sanctions, or break the law. Don't try to disrupt or scrape the Service, or jailbreak the AI to produce content unrelated to endurance training.
6. AI output
Plans and chat replies are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, biased, or unsafe, so use your own judgment. If you use "bring your own key" (BYOK), you're responsible for your own provider account, its terms, and any usage costs you incur with that provider.
7. Subscriptions & billing
The Service offers:
- Free. Limited access, including a capped allowance of managed AI usage.
- BYOK. A yearly subscription; you connect your own AI provider key and pay that provider directly for usage.
- Managed. A monthly subscription that includes managed AI usage up to the allowance shown in the app.
The current price of each paid tier is shown in the app and confirmed at the point of purchase, in your local currency, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through those stores (managed via RevenueCat), subject to the store's terms. Payment is charged to your store account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside supaTRI. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we generally can't issue refunds directly. Prices may change, and any change is shown in the store before it applies and never affects a period you've already paid for. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law are unaffected.
8. Third-party services
supaTRI integrates with Strava, AI providers, RevenueCat, and the Apple/Google app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc.; supaTRI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.
9. Your content
You own the data you provide (your profile, goals, notes, and messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the Service, or any AI-generated plan or recommendation, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
12. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from training, injury, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before the change applies.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you're a consumer, this choice of law and forum doesn't take away the mandatory protections of the consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim there. Consumers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) and keep all mandatory rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502).
